Brief Description of School: Lancers International School is an International Baccalaureate World School offering the IB PYP, MYP and the DP. We also offer IGCSE in grades 9 - 10. The School is a co-educational day cum boarding school for students aged 18 months - 18 years.

Alignment of his or her team of teachers to school and PYP requirements (i.e. Collaborative planning and reflection, log books, lesson plans, grade level assessment strategies, tools and records, community service, fieldtrips and guest speakers, etc.)
Leading events (collaborative planning and reflection, field trips, assemblies, competitions, etc.)
Solutions to grade level challenges – academic and non-academic
Communication with the Grade Level Community (i.e. PIS, weekly updates, unit newsletters, etc.)
Budget and resources allocation
