The PYP Coordinator at Healthy Mind International School oversees the planning, delivery, and review of the IB Primary Years Programme from Nursery to Year 6. Key duties include leading weekly teacher planning, ensuring curriculum alignment, guiding inquiry-based learning, managing assessments, and coordinating professional development. The role also supports teacher onboarding and drives curriculum improvement in collaboration with school leadership.

The coordinator ensures quality through classroom observations, monitoring portfolios and reports, and maintaining IB standards across teaching and learning. They lead IB evaluation processes, analyze student data for improvement, refine policies, and work closely with the Head of School to uphold the school’s academic excellence and vision.

Package:

1. Salary: Ranging from $2,000 to $4,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.

2. Housing Allowance: $700 per month.

3. Annual Airfare Allowance

4. Tuition Support: 70% scholarship for up to two dependent children enrolled at the school.

5. Medical Coverage: Comprehensive healthcare provided in the host country for general medical needs, including emergency evacuation services.
