AFEEL was started in 2006 as an institution that strives not only to educate but also look after the all-round development of a child. We currently follow the British National Curriculum till year 9, after which we follow the Cambridge IGCSE & A levels.The school was made for parents living and working in Lubumbashi who wish to educate their children in English, even if it is not their first Language.
We desire to be an affordable international school that will allow students to pass out with a globally recognized diploma/degree.

To develop awareness and a mind-set of service; both within the Academy and the Congolese society and also within the environment in general. This will help our students become useful citizens of the Republic and of the world.
Brief Description of Position:
We are looking for a MYP Integrated Humanities & IBDP Geography Teacher & HOD to aid our transition from CAIE to the MYP at AFEEL International School. As a prestigious educational institution, we are dedicated to providing our students with a rigorous and comprehensive internationally recognized education curriculum that prepares them for success in higher education and beyond.
We are currently applying to be a candidate school and seeking authorization. We want to start our MYP trial teaching period in August 2025.
