Brief Description of School: Lancers International School is an International Baccalaureate World School offering the IB PYP, MYP and the DP. We also offer IGCSE in grades 9 - 10. The School is a co-educational day cum boarding school for students aged 18 months - 18 years.

Brief Description of Design & Technology Teacher

1. Planning and delivering Design lessons: Designing and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students, incorporating a variety of teaching strategies and resources.

2. Assessing student progress: Evaluating student performance through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student achievement.

3. Differentiating instruction: Adapting teaching methods and materials to accommodate students with varying abilities, learning styles, and cultural backgrounds.

4. Creating a positive learning environment: Establishing a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.

5. Collaborating with colleagues: Working collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to develop interdisciplinary units, align curriculum, and share best practices.

6. Communicating with parents/guardians: Maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress, address concerns, and foster a strong home-school partnership.

7. Professional development: Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest research, teaching methodologies, and technological advancements in the field of science education.
