Founded in 1997, Boca Prep has been providing a student-centered, college preparatory, International Baccalaureate education for students in preschool through 12th grade.

All three programs of the International Baccalaureate are offered to students, as well as extra-curricular activities, community service, performance programs, and the performing arts, are all emphasized alongside the highest expectations for academic engagement and attainment.

With over 50 countries represented in our student body, Boca Prep has developed its own community with an international perspective.

With small class sizes of 10-15 students, an experienced and caring faculty, we help develop students to become lifelong learners and global citizens.

Position

We're looking for a deputy principal with a strong academic focus and in particular with an MYP background.

You'll support the principal in academic department and lead the three IB programmes offered at the school.

A light teaching load will be assigned to the position and you'll spearhead the school's evaluation visit in the spring of 2026.
