Brief Description of School:

Building on the education values of Po Leung Kuk (PLK) and Hong Kong Construction Association (HKCA) in providing quality education services, PLK and HKCA jointly established a non-profit private school in 2017/18.

Our non-profit IB World School is authorized to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP), and offers a high-quality, challenging international education to students aged 3-12. Our school vision is that our students will become creative, critical thinkers who are internationally-minded, lifelong learners.

Description of Position:

The Principal should meet the following requirements:

• Degree holder with an education diploma or equivalent

• At least 15 years teaching experience in primary schools and/or kindergartens

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience

• Teaching experience in an IB PYP World School

• Possess strong leadership skills, combined with a high level of interpersonal and communication skills

• Local experience serving as a principal or vice-principal would be considered an asset
