Full-time | Senior Leadership Position

Polyglot International School is a new ambitious international school being established in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Our long-term mission is to build one of Central Asia's strongest university preparation ecosystems.

We are seeking an experienced international-school system builder to serve as our Founding Academic Director.

The Role:

• Academic strategy and leadership

• Curriculum design and implementation

• Teacher recruitment and development

• Assessment and quality assurance

• Academic English and university preparation

• Parent communication and public representation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic preparation and school launch

• Develop international pathways and curriculum

• Build assessment and reporting systems

• Recruit and develop teachers

• Prepare for future international recognition

• Support university readiness and academic excellence

Candidate Profile:

• Leadership experience in international schools

• Experience with Cambridge, IB or British programmes

• Curriculum development expertise

• Teacher mentoring experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to build systems from scratch
