About Sreenidhi International School

Sreenidhi International School is an IB continuum school offering Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) spread across a sprawling 60-acre green eco-friendly campus. The Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator is an experienced PYP teacher and IB educator who has extensive knowledge of, and experience with, International Baccalaureate (IB) constructivist educational philosophy and practices.

The PYP Coordinator works with minimal supervision; reports directly to the Primary School Principal; serves as line manager for PYP faculty; liaises with the Middle Years Programme (MYP) Coordinator; and serves as a contributing member of the Academic Leadership Team (ALT).

Principle responsibilities of the PYP Coordinator are to lead and manage coherent implementation of the Programme of Inquiry (PoI) across the Primary School from Early Years1 to PYP5, and to be an effective, compassionate, motivated leader who engages PYP faculty to pursue continual professional development to improve collaborative planning, student inquiry, teaching and learning practices, differentiation strategies, relevant formative and summative assessment techniques, digital reporting measures, international-mindedness, digital literacy, and pastoral care mindfulness.


  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a teacher’s certification;

  • Must have a minimum of three (03) years’ experience in leading PYP Programme

  • Creative leader with a proven track record of leading the mission, vision and PYP Action Plan to drive change

  • Experience with curriculum development and documentation within the PYP

  • PYP workshop leader experience will be viewed favourably

  • CIS and NEASC experience will be viewed favourably;

  • Strong organizational abilities and initiative;

  • Educational or professional experience in a culturally diverse environment.
