The Position

Collège et Lycée Saint-Charles seeks to appoint a teacher of MYP and DP Physics, with DP HL Maths, with prior experience in each of the IB programmes. The successful applicant will be an accomplished teacher with experience, enthusiasm and a passion for teaching which will inspire our students. S/he will also understand the importance of flexibility and in building collaboration and team-work within our departmental teams and wider faculty.


  • A desire to contribute to and foster a positive IB learning community, encouraging international mindedness and intercultural understanding where students feel supported and valued

  • Minimum of three years teaching experience, with at least two years of MYP and DP experience

  • Outstanding classroom practitioner, having experience with external exam preparation

  • Appropriate degree and teaching qualification

  • Ability to work as a strong team member in an interdisciplinary team

  • An appreciation of working in a small school environment

  • Experience working in an European/Swiss international school environment

  • Swiss, EU or British passport holder
