The school:
This is a brand new school governed by a global education group and will offer a first class international education. Schools in the group offer IB and/or Cambridge curriculum and embed local culture & values into the programmes.
The campus is state of the art with exceptional facilities and is located in the New Giza District.
The school will open in September 2025 with 5 grades i.e. KG 1, 2 and grades 1 - 3 and the curriculum will be played based in KG and inquiry based from grades 1.
Preferred Person Profile
Mother tongue English or native level
Experience in international schools in more than one country
Experienced of financial and/or strategic management
Experience of IB and/or Cambridge Curriculum in a leadership role
Preferably experience with accreditation processes
Start-up school experience
Can be available remotely prior to being on site latest 21 June 2025

Responsibilities
The Principal will lead the internal operation of the school and ensure academic success.
They shall be chief executive officer and shall be accountable to the School Board.
The Head of School shall:
Lead and direct all aspects of the school's programmes, faculty affairs and academic support services, as well as long-term development
Work collaboratively with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to implement policies
Direct everyday administrative and operational activities of the school
Liaise with local and international communities to promote the school
Implement strategies to attract and retain students and faculty
Salary and Benefits
The remuneration package is excellent and will be negotiated with the applicant based on qualifications and experience but includes:
