Zibo Shiyan High School International Division (ZSHSID) is part of the prestigious Zibo Shiyan High School. We are a special place with a mission to be something different. We are a beacon of international education and the only IBDP school in the city and were the first state school accredited by the IBO in the whole of Shandong Province.

Role and Responsibilities:
Teach one of the IBDP subjects at both Standard and Higher levels.
Provide strategic leadership and vision for teaching and learning across the school.
Oversee the development and implementation of an effective and innovative curriculum, ensuring alignment with IBDP requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices in teaching, assessment, and student support.
Collaborate with department heads and teachers to develop instructional strategies that meet the diverse needs of students.
Lead and facilitate professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and promote a culture of lifelong learning among educators.
Establish and monitor benchmarks for student achievement, utilizing data to drive instructional decisions and improve student outcomes.
Ensure the integration of technology and digital resources into teaching and learning practices.
Promote a student-centered approach, emphasizing critical thinking, problem-solving, and the development of essential skills.
Collaborate with parents and the wider community to support student learning and well-being.
Stay updated with current educational research and emerging trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Serve as a role model for educators, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth, collaboration, and educational excellence.
Master's degree in your subject field, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in educational leadership and curriculum development.
Familiarity with the IBDP and its requirements.
Strong knowledge of effective teaching methodologies, assessment practices, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to lead and facilitate professional development programs for educators.
Ability to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Proficiency in staying updated with current educational research and emerging trends.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Relevant certifications and qualifications in educational leadership are advantageous.
Experienced educational leader with a proven track record in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
Ability to inspire and motivate educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative educational initiatives.
